Not Sure How This is Going To Work

okay. I may have discovered one of the problems using speech recognition software. Particularly for blog posting.

The nice thing about typing, is that it forces you to compose your thoughts before having it show up on the screen. With speech recognition software, your thoughts as you speak them, are instantly displayed on the screen for you to see.

And you realize how schizophrenic you really are.

So, as I go back and review a recent attempt at a blog post, and figure out a way to make it more cohesive and actually make sense and have some value, I will be thinking about ways to use this software to increase the efficiency of my communication.

But I am not holding my breath.

New Post with a New Tool

So it has been a long time since my last post. Some of the reasons for that is that I've been less motivated to post on my blog based on travel schedules and other types of things, but ultimately I've just been lazy. Let's face it; it takes a while to type out a blog, to put succinct and insightful thoughts together and so on. And while I recognize the return on investment - keeping up with friends and family, as well as just exercising my own introspection - I must admit that it takes a backseat to other things in life, including my newly acquired Wii. and that has prevented me from being as creative on my blog as I would like to

So today I'm attempting to install a product that my company owns and has been asking us to use for a very long time and that many other people use for long time as well. It is called Dragon Naturally Speaking. Now the challenge with Dragon for me right now is that there is not a Mac version so I've had to install this on my PC in order to use it. While I am not happy about that, I am willing to give it a try to see if it helps me stay up with my blog.

So how often can you expect me to post using this tool? I really don't know, but I hope that I will be a little more active with blog posts and give my readers more frequent insights without reducing my perceived quality of them. leaky view updates weekly on my thoughts on life on work on relationships and generally everything that comes with my lack of passion.
